Refunds

Due to our limited availability, a fee is deemed earned upon placing a hold for desired date and time. Refunds are not offered.

Weather & Mechanical

We do not sail in dangerous conditions. In the event of a cancellation by the Captain of the vessel due to severe weather conditions or mechanical failure, we will be offer two alternative dates prior to October 15 of the current season to reschedule at no additional charge.

Catering

Catered good are the property of the Charterer and must be paid for prior to the charter date. In the event of a postponement, catering can be delivered within Manhattan at no additional cost.

Rescheduling Requests

Requests for rescheduling will be considered on a case by case basis and are subject to a rescheduling fee of $25. Within two weeks of the reservation date the fee is $100, within 48 hours the fee is $250.
