Teamwork

Fun competition is a proven way to build teamwork and leadership - our corporate team building programs do just that. We start by heading out into the water and teaching everyone the basics of sailing. We then divide into two or more teams to compete in a sailing regatta or a series of short races.

Performance

Participants set goals, plan strategy, and learn to work as a cohesive unit. Each participant experiences every position on the boat. Everyone learns quickly and intuitively that the best best performance requires the involvement of the entire team. These programs, in addition to being great fun, build lasting camaraderie and enhance group dynamics.
