Alexander Pincus

Alex has spent most of his life on the water, as both a sailor and a professional kayaker. He has been sailing for more than 20 years and is enthusiastic about sharing his love of the water. When he's not sailing, which is rare, he's a practicing architect, educator, and traveler. He can tell you the history of every building in the Manhattan skyline (almost).

In addition to his sailing credentials, Alex has a Masters Degree in Architecture from Columbia University and has taught architecture at Columbia, University of Pennsylvania, and the University of Kentucky,.
